Pita Chips
These chips start out like no other. We begin by using only fresh baked,
all natural POCKET PITA BREAD that is produced within our Bakery! We
then “Harvest’ the still warm loaves and separate them in
preparation for seasonings. The hand cut pieces are then tumbled and
seasoned to taste then Twice Baked to a Golden Brown.
Bagel Chips
We take the same care and dedication to quality with our Bagel Chips
as we do with our Pita Chips. We begin by using fresh, first-run bagels
as opposed to “seconds’ or “stales” or unsold
product. We then slice them as carefully as we can to maintain the appearance
and shape as the original “whole’ bagel. Once sliced, the
oils and seasonings are gently applied and then re-toasted to give them
that eye-catching color and mouth-appealing crunch! Once cooled, they
are hand packed to minimize breakage in preparation for their journey
to your local Deli-Bakery Aisle.
Creative Uses and Applications
DIP IT! Dips such as Ranch, French Onion, Salsa and Hummus are perfect
compliments to these chips.
TOP IT! Place wedges on a sheet pan and top with cheese, peppers, pepperoni,
etc. and place in oven to present the most unique Nacho you have ever
tasted!
SPREAD IT! Spread on Cream Cheese, Pimento or Olive Spreads... our chips
are ready to hold anything you wish to pile on to create an Appetizer
Extraordinaire.”
